Both clients and companions are interviewed for background, interests, hobbies and other characteristics that help us make thoughtful and safe companion suggestions that create a breath of fresh air for our Elder Clients as well as their concerned children.

Elder Match stays fully involved in every single Elder Client meetup with their companion. If there are any concerns or even just a misfire on personality & interests we can adjust with a new suggestion; our goal is to make our Elder Clients happy.

Our client services staff are chosen for their experience in working with families. Special attention is paid to patience, thoughfulness, attention to happiness and a genuine interest in the welare of our Elder Clients and their Childrem.
